The G2K Store, a shop for the people we make things with

G2K Studio is opening a store for artists and makers from our circle. You make the work, we help it look and sell the way it deserves.

We meet a lot of people who make good things. Prints, objects, clothing, ceramics, small runs of something nobody else would think to make. Most of them have the same problem. The work is strong, but the place it's sold in isn't. A marketplace listing between a thousand others, or a link in a bio that leads to a checkout page nobody trusts.

So G2K Studio is opening a store. It's a shop for the artists and makers we work with, run with the same care we put into a brand.

What the store is

The G2K Store is a curated shop on g2k.studio. It doesn't take everything. We pick work we'd be proud to put our name next to, and we present it properly: photographed, written about and placed in a shop that looks like it was made on purpose.

Each artist gets their own page, with the work and the story behind it. The store and the journal sit side by side, so a new drop can come with a piece about who made it and why.

What we do and what you do

You make the work. We take care of the part around it.

  • The look. Product photos, the page, the words. The studio treats your work the way it treats a brand.
  • The shop. Checkout, payments and orders run through the store, so buyers get a checkout they recognise and trust.
  • Getting seen. Through Good2Know's social work and channels, new drops get put in front of people who are likely to care.

How stock, shipping and payouts work is TK: model, e.g. "you keep your stock and ship each order, we take a commission" or "we hold the stock and pay you per sale". The split is TK: commission or split, paid TK: payout timing.

Why a studio runs a shop

A shop is where taste gets tested. It's easy to say something looks good. It's harder to put it in front of people and see whether they want to own it. Running a store keeps the studio honest about that.

It also closes a loop for the people in our circle. A collaboration can end with something real that people can buy, not just a post that's gone by the weekend.

Who it's for

The store starts small, with makers from our circle in Berlin and the people we collaborate with. If you make something you think belongs here, we'd like to see it.

To sell with us, or to hear when the first drop is ready, put your name down at shop.g2k.studio.

The first drops come TK: timing, or "with the full studio site".
